DECLARATION
of 22 December 2020
amending Decree No. 245 / 2002 Coll., on the time of fishing for each species of game and on the closer conditions for carrying out the hunt, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to § 68 for the implementation of § 42 (2) of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting, as amended, ("the Act '):
Decree No. 245 / 2002 Coll., on the time of fishing for each species of game and on the closer conditions for the implementation of the hunt, as amended by Decree No. 480 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 403 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 343 / 2015 Coll. and Decree No. 323 / 2019 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (o), "16" is replaced by "1."
2. In Article 1 (r), the words "and the royal pheasant - a chicken rooster only in the part of a pheasant who is a pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Law] from 1 January to 31 December 'are replaced by the words" with the exception of the part of a hunchback which is a pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Law], or by a hunchback which is a separate pheasant (§ 69 of the Law), in which both the rooster and the hen can be hunted from 1 January to 31 December'.
3. In Article 1 (s), the words "31 December except for the part of a pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Act] 'are replaced by the words" 31 January except for the part of a pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Act], or by the part of a pheasant that was a single pheasant (§ 69 of the Act)', the words "16 October to 31 January 'are replaced by the words" 1 January to 31 December' and the words "5 'are replaced by the words" 4 and 5'.
4. In Article 1, the words "except for the part of a pheasant who is a pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Act], or a wannabe who was a single pheasant (§ 69 of the Act), in which turkey and turkey may be fished from 1 January to 31 December, shall be added at the end of the text (z)."
5. In Article 1, the words "except for the part of the pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Act] or the one which was a single pheasant (§ 69 of the Act), in which the guinea pig may be fished from 1 January to 31 December, shall be added at the end of the text of point bb)."
6. In Section 1, the dot at the end of point (ff) is replaced by a comma and the following point (gg) is added:
"(gg) the redfish from 1 September to the end of February with the exception of the part of the pheasant [§ 2 (k) of the Act] or the redfish which was a separate pheasant (§ 69 of the Act) in which the redfish may be fished from 1 January to 31 December and with the exception referred to in § 2 (4)."
7. In Article 2 (4), the words "pheasant from 1 September to 31 December 'are replaced by the words" pheasant from 1 September to 31 January'; the words "and orebic red 'and the words" hunting predator from 1 September to 31 December' are replaced by the words "hunting predator from 1 January to 31 December ';
8. In Paragraph 2 (5), "1 February to 31 March 'is replaced by" 1 January to 31 December'.
9. in Paragraph 2a, the following point (e) is inserted after point (d):
'(e) Sika Dybowski - deer from 1 July to 31 January and deer from 1 August to 31 January, with the exception referred to in § 2 (1), game under two years of age from 1 January to 31 December,';
Points (e) and (f) shall be renumbered as points (f) and (g).
10. in Article 3 (1), the words', the royal pheasant, the red reindeer, the wild turkey and the spotted guinea fowl 'shall be inserted after the words "fishing for pheasant."
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
