determining the amount of additional remuneration to be paid to members of the Councils in the second half of 2004

(1) In the second half of 2004, additional remuneration of 25% of the amount for which they would otherwise have been entitled is payable to the elected members of the councils. A further remuneration of up to 25% of the amount which could otherwise have been granted to the non-released members in the second half of 2004 may be granted.
(2) The additional remuneration calculated in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be rounded up to the nearest hundred crowns.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
