THE LAW
of 23 November 2004
on the withdrawal of an additional salary for the second half of 2004 to representatives of state power and certain state bodies, judges, prosecutors and Members of the European Parliament elected in the Czech Republic
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Other salary provided under special legislation for the performance of duties
(a) Members and Senators, with the exception of the President of the Chamber of Parliament;
(b) Members of the European Parliament elected on the territory of the Czech Republic,
(c) the Minister and Deputy Prime Minister,
(d) a judge of the Constitutional Court, with the exception of the President of the Constitutional Court;
(e) the member and Vice-President of the Supreme Audit Office;
(f) a member, Vice-President and President of the Broadcasting Council,
(g) Director of the Security Information Service,
(i) a representative of the Ombudsman,
(j) a member of the Securities Commission Presidium;
(k) Inspector of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data,
(l) the Prosecutor,
(m) the Director-General of the Office for the Representation of the State in matters relating to property and staff of the Office for the Representation of the State in matters relating to property, to whom, under special legislation, the salary and additional salary as a representative of the Regional Prosecutor until the end of the fifth year of experience are due;
it does not belong for the second half of 2004.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
