amending Decree No 290 / 2008 Coll., on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, on measures to prevent and control certain diseases in aquatic animals
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 359 / 2012 Coll., for the implementation of Sections 5a (4) (c), § 10 (3) and § 53 (6) (c) of the Veterinary Act:
Decree No 290 / 2008 Coll., on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, on measures to prevent and control certain diseases in aquatic animals, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), the words "European Communities Regulations (1) 'are replaced by the words" European UnionRegulations (1)' and the words "European Communities Regulations (2) (hereinafter" European Communities Regulations') 'are replaced by the words "European UnionRegulations (hereinafter" European Union Regulations').

"(1) Council Directive 2006 / 88 / EC of 24 October 2006 on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals. Commission Directive 2008 / 53 / EC of 30 April 2008 amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2006 / 88 / EC as regards spring viraemia of carp (SVC). Commission Implementing Directive 2012 / 31 / EU of 25 October 2012 amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2006 / 88 / EC as regards the list of species susceptible to viral haemorrhagic septicaemia and the removal of the entry for epizootic ulcerative syndrome. ';
2. In § 2 (1) (f) and § 5, § 6 (2), § 14 (1), § 17 (2), § 24 (1) and (2), § 28 (2) (d), § 46 (1), Annex No 3, Part I, point. A point 3, Annex 3, Part I, points. The words "European Communities' shall be replaced by the words" European Union 'in the third indent of point 3 of Annex 6 (10).
3. In Article 7 (2), "Parts 2 to 4 'is replaced by" Parts 2 and 3';
4. Paragraph 18 (2), including footnote 8, is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
5. In Paragraph 40, "§ 39 (2) and (3) 'is replaced by" § 39 (2)';
6. Part II of Annex 3 reads as follows:
