Pursuant to § 123 (1) (e) and § 123 (1) (2) of the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll. (full version No. 52 / 1989 Coll.), in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Central Committee of the Mining and Energy Workers' Association, issued Decree No. 1 / 1990 on deputate coal and timber.
The proceeds take effect by announcing in the Collection of Laws and by regulating the provision of deputate coal and timber in state-owned coal industry.
The proceeds will be published in the Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy News and can be seen in the Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy and in all coal industry organisations of the Fuel and Energy Department.
