DECLARATION
Central Trade Union Councils
of 24 June 1987
on amendments to the Order of the Central Council of Trade Unions No 165 / 1979 Coll., on sickness insurance of certain workers and on the provision of sickness insurance benefits to citizens in special cases, as amended
The Central Council of Trade Unions, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, provides, pursuant to § 2 (3) (c), § 9, § 51 (1) and § 63 (2) of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on sickness insurance for employees, as amended by Act No. 16 / 1959 Coll., Act No. 87 / 1968 Coll. and Act No. 148 / 1983 Coll.:
The Decree of the Central Council of Trade Unions No 165 / 1979 Coll., on the sickness insurance of certain workers and on the provision of sickness insurance benefits to citizens in special cases, as amended by Regulations No 155 / 1983 Coll., No 79 / 1984 Coll. and No 135 / 1984 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. the following paragraph 5 is added to Article 44:
"(5) The previous paragraphs shall apply mutatis mutandis to the grant, amount and provision of financial assistance to the apprentice. ';
2. In Paragraph 51 (2) and (5), the word "fourth 'is replaced by the word" sixth'.
(3) Paragraph 51 shall be added to paragraph 6:
"(6) The previous paragraphs shall apply mutatis mutandis to the grant, amount and provision of financial assistance to the student. ';
4. the following paragraph 3 is added to Article 58:
"(3) Paragraph 50 (3) applies mutatis mutandis to internal scientific aspirants and artistic aspirants."
5. Paragraph 59 is renumbered paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) Paragraph 51 (5) shall apply mutatis mutandis to maternity assistance."
(6) Article 73 (3) is added as follows:
"(3) Paragraph 5 (2) shall apply mutatis mutandis to an agreement worker who performs work at home under an agreement on work. '
7. In Paragraph 74 (1), "§ 73 (2) 'is replaced by" § 73 (2) and (3)';
8. In Paragraph 98 (2), "fourth 'is replaced by" sixth'.
9. Paragraph 98 shall be added in paragraph 5:
"(5) The previous paragraphs shall apply mutatis mutandis to the granting, the amount and the provision of financial assistance to a citizen with altered capacity of work. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1987.
