of 8 July 1971
amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 148 / 1970 Coll., on the objectives and main tasks of the State Implementation Plan for the Development of the National Economy of the Czech Socialist Republic and on the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1971
The Czech National Council, in connection with changes in the competence of federal and national authorities and changes in relations between the federal state budget and the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic, decided on the following act:
Paragraph 3 (1) and (2) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 148 / 1970 Coll., on the objectives and main tasks of the State Implementation Plan for the Development of the National Economy of the Czech Socialist Republic and on the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1971, are amended and read:
| „(1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu České socialistické republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou | 90 685 723 000 Kčs, |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou | 90 685 723 000 Kčs. |
| (2) Dotace ze státního rozpočtu federace do státního rozpočtu republiky činí | 38 161 606 000 Kčs.“ |
The state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic, adjusted in accordance with Article I, shall be charged for the budget revenue and expenditure which was effected in the financial year 1971, if they belong to this state budget.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
