GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 July 1966
extending basic service to certain road troops in 1966
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 27 paragraph 3 of the Defence Act No. 92 / 1949 Coll. as amended by Act No. 19 / 1958 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) The duration of the basic service of soldiers with a starting date of 1 August 1964, registered with the services of the Road Force, if transferred to them from the troops of the Ministry of Interior, is set at 26 months in 1966.
(2) The extension of the duration of the basic service shall not apply to coal mine miners working underground and to soldiers recruited for coal mines, to certain metallurgical workers and to soldiers whose release is due to special consideration.
(3) The details are set out by the Minister for National Defence.
§ 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
