DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 25 July 1963
on the extension of free transfers of national property management
In order to improve and accelerate the economic use of the basic funds - in particular machinery and equipment - the Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to § 15 (1) (f) of Decree-Law No 81 / 1958 Coll., for the management of national assets:
The management of movable basic funds, if otherwise the conditions laid down in Decree No. 205 / 1958 of the Ú. l implementing the Government Decree on the Management of National Property, as amended by Decree No. 133 / 1960 Coll., shall be transferred free of charge between all state organisations. *)
Transfers of the management of national assets carried out after 30 June 1963 under the principle set out in Paragraph 1 shall be considered as transfers under this Order.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
