DECLARATION
Minister of Construction

transferring the authority of construction offices to the Ministry of Interior for certain buildings
The Minister of Construction, in agreement with the Minister of Interior, provides, pursuant to § 24 (1) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, as amended by § 3 of Government Decree No. 52 / 1960 Coll., for the repeal of the State Building Committee:
The powers of the building offices, with the exception of the powers in matters of expropriation and compensation for expropriation, shall be transferred to the Ministry of Interior for the buildings of the Ministry of Interior. *)
(1) The following shall be regarded as buildings of the Ministry of Interior under this Decree:
(a) security and military buildings of the Ministry of the Interior and special structures included in the investment plan of the Ministry of Interior;
(b) buildings (objects) in administration or leased to the Ministry of the Interior for the purposes of the Security Corps and the Army of the Ministry of the Interior.
(2) However, according to this Decree, residential and civil buildings carried out for the Ministry of Interior by the investor services of the national committees shall not be regarded as buildings of the Ministry of Interior, even if the conditions referred to in paragraph 1 are otherwise met.
This decree shall take effect on 1 July 1961.
