Government Regulation
of 17 December 1954
adjusting the autonomous duty rates.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 35 paragraph 2 of Customs Act No. 36 / 1953 Coll.:

1. Note to the rates of numbers 103 and 104 is amended and read:
| „Poznámka k saz. čís. 103 a 104. Olej skočcový saz. čís. 103, olej olivový (též olej turnantový, i olej z olivových jader) a podzemnicový saz. čís. 104, po denaturaci k technickému upotřebení | 1.20“ |
2. entry 189 (a) 1 shall be amended and read as follows:
"1. crude:
| α) kordové tkaniny bavlněné k výrobě pneumatik | 48.- |
| β) ostatní | 320.-“ |
Note to the rate.
3. bet numbers 223 and 224 are amended and read as follows:
| „223. Příze mohérová, alpaková (též mottled-alpaková) a ispahánská, jednoduchá nebo dvojpramenná, surová | beze cla |
| 224. Příze česaná ze srsti velbloudí, jednoduchá nebo dvojpramenná, surová | 10.- |
Note to rates of 223 and 224.
The customs office shall take a sample and send it to the customs office in Prague for further examination. "
4. the planting item 250 (a) 1 is amended and read as follows:
"1. of artificial silk without mixing of natural or florid silk:
| α) kordové tkaniny z umělých vláken k výrobě pneumatik | 48.- |
| β) ostatní | 600.-“. |
5. Note for the set number 422 is changed and reads:
"Note. Goods appointed in sets Nos 411 to 417 (a) 1, 420 (b), 421 and 422, connected to wood or roughly worked parts of iron or other base metal:
| a) žáruvzdorné cihly magnesitové spojené s hrubě pracovanými součástkami železnými | beze cla |
| b) ostatní | 25.-“. |
6. Note to the rate number 443 is deleted.
7. Note for the rate.

9. the footnote to the rate of 520. b) is deleted;
10. The planting item 597 (h) is amended and read:
| „h) kysličník cíničitý, umělý (cínový popel) | beze cla“. |
11. Plant item 599 (g) 2 is amended and read:
| „2. síran amonný | beze cla“. |
12. Plant item 600 m) is amended and read:
| „m) dusíkaté vápno | beze cla“. |
13. Plant item 600 (n) is amended and read:
| „n) ledek vápenatý | beze cla“. |
14. Note 2 to the rate number 616 is amended and reads:
| „2. Sušené kvasnice dovážené ke krmení dobytka, na osvědčení ministerstva zemědělství | beze cla“. |
15. Plant number 623 is amended and reads:
| „623. Pokosty olejové (fermeže), bez přísady pryskyřice, terpentinu, minerálních olejů, lihu a pod. | 17 %“. |
16. Plant number 624 is changed and reads:
| „624. Pokosty lakové, též pokosty olejové s přísadou pryskyřice, terpentinu, minerálních olejů, lihu a pod. | 8 %“. |
The notes on the rate number 624 do not change.
17. Plant item 626 (b) 2 is amended and read as follows:
| „2. jiné | 14 %“. |
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1955; to be carried out by the Foreign Trade Minister in agreement with participating members of the Government.
