of 6 July 1953
repealing the Government Decree of 3 June 1953 on measures to prevent fluctuations and absences.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 42 (1) of Act No. 241 / 1948 Coll., on the first five-year Economic Plan for the Development of the Czechoslovak Republic (Act on the Five-Year Plan):
The construction of socialism in the Czech Republic, which by constantly increasing production ensures a lasting increase in the well-being of every worker, is a matter of its own and a direct interest to the Czechoslovak working people and their working class. The Czechoslovak working people have demonstrated in these days that they have understood the importance of combating absences and fluctuations and that they can provide for themselves, relying on their Communist Party, the Revolutionary Trade Union movement and the Czechoslovak Youth Union, creating conscious labour discipline.
The Government therefore repeals its Regulation of 3 June 1953 on measures to prevent fluctuations and absences.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1953; All members of the government will do it.
