about marrying strangers.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The consent of the Ministry of the Interior or of the body entrusted with it is necessary to marry a citizen who does not have Czechoslovak citizenship. There will be no marriage without this consent.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for the Interior.
