of 2 April 1947
on compensation for infectious polio of pigs.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
§ 1.
(1) The compensation granted in the event of loss of animals under the rules on compensation and aid for diseases and animal diseases is equal to, in the case of infectious polio of pigs, full market price for piglets and piglets, the slaughter price for other pigs.
(2) The compensation to be granted in the case of infectious polio of pigs (paragraph 1) shall be set off outside the price of those parts of the animal killed which are left to the owner with official consent, the refund granted in the case of an insurance contract, in full.
§ 2.
Under this Act, compensation is granted in all cases of losses occurring after 31 December 1946.
§ 3.
This Act takes effect on the day of its publication and applies in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Health in agreement with the Minister for Finance.
