DECLARATION
of 21 December 2020
amending the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and fixing the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (1) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of the basic compensation for 1 km of driving provided for in Section 157 (4) of the Labour Code shall be at least:
a) single-track vehicles and tricycles 1.20 CZK,
b) passenger road motor vehicles 4.40 CZK.
Disgusting
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance provided for in Article 163 (1) of the Labour Code, at least at the rate of:
a) 91 CZK, if the work trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) CZK 138, if the journey lasts more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 217 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance in accordance with Section 176 (1) of the Labour Code,
a) 91 CZK to 108 CZK, if the business trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) CZK 138 to CZK 167, if the journey lasts more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 217 CZK to 259 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
Average fuel price
The amount of the average fuel price under § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
(a) CZK 33.80 per litre of automotive gasoline 95 octane,
b) 31.50 CZK per litre of car gasoline 98 octane,
(c) CZK 27.20 per litre of diesel fuel,
(d) 5.00 CZK for 1 kilowatt hour of electricity.
Decree No 358 / 2019 Coll., amending the basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds, is hereby repealed.
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
