establishing the 2nd edition of the Standard Classification of Production (GMP)
The Czech Statistical Office, pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the National Statistical Service, as amended, announces, with effect from 1 January 2003, the introduction of the 2nd edition of the Standard Classification of Production (hereinafter referred to as the GMP classification), introduced by the Czech Statistical Office measure of 1 November 1993 published in the amount 69 / 1993 Coll. and extended by the measures of 22 July 1996 (amount 62 / 1996 Coll.), 4 December 1996 (amount 2 / 1997 Coll.) and 3 November 1997 (amount 93 / 1997 Coll.).
The full text of the GMP classification is issued by the Czech Statistical Office as the 2nd edition, which will replace the 1st modified edition of 1996. This Communication repeals the extended issue of the GMP (GMP-AGROEN, GMP-PRUM, GMP) of 1997 and the 1999 explanatory notes.
2. the issue of the GMP classification was drawn up on the basis of an update of the European CPA 2002 standard.
2. the issue of the GMP classification will be available in electronic form in the Czech Statistical Office Information Services Department, Josefská 6, Praha 1 or on the ČSÚ website (www.czso.cz).
