GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 December 2006
adjusting, for the purposes of sickness insurance, the amounts for establishing the calculation bases
The Government mandates pursuant to § 40 (1) of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on sickness insurance of employees, as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 421 / 2003 Coll., and pursuant to § 17 (2) of Act No. 32 / 1957 Coll., on sickness care in the Armed Forces, as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll.:
§ 1
The amounts for determining the daily basis of assessment referred to in § 18 (8) of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll., and most recently increased by Government Decree No. 417 / 2005 Coll. are amended as follows:
a) Amounts of CZK 510 are increased to CZK 550,
b) The amount of CZK 730 is increased to CZK 790.
§ 2
The amounts for determining the average amount per calendar day referred to in Article 17 (1) of Act No. 32 / 1957 Coll., on sickness care in the armed forces, as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll., and the last increased Government Decree No. 417 / 2005 Coll. are amended as follows:
a) Amounts of CZK 510 are increased to CZK 550,
b) The amount of CZK 730 is increased to CZK 790.
§ 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
