THE LAW
of 4 November 2004
amending Act No. 18 / 2004 Coll., on the recognition of professional qualifications and other competence of nationals of Member States of the European Union and amending certain laws (Act on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications), as amended by Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 18 / 2004 Coll., on the recognition of professional qualifications and other competences of nationals of Member States of the European Union and amending certain laws (Act on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications), as amended by Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 4 (3) (b), the words "listed in Annex 1 to this Act" shall be replaced by the words "under the directly applicable provisions of the European Community2a";
footnote 2a is replaced by the following:
"(2a) Regulation (EC) No 1882 / 2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 September 2003 adapting the provisions on committees assisting the Commission in the exercise of its implementing powers laid down in the acts adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 251 of the Treaty establishing the European Community to Decision 1999 / 468 / EC amending Article 15 of Council Directive 92 / 51 / EEC. Annex C to Council Directive 92 / 51 / EEC, as amended. '
2. In Paragraph 8 (2), the words "referred to in Annex 3 to this Act 'are replaced by the words" according to the directly applicable regulation of the European Communities (6a)'.
footnote 6a is replaced by the following:
"(6a) Regulation (EC) No 1882 / 2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Article 15 of Council Directive 92 / 51 / EEC. Annex D to Council Directive 92 / 51 / EEC, as amended. '
3. In Paragraph 11 (3), the words "listed in Annex 1 to this Act 'are replaced by the words" under the directly applicable regulation of the European Communities (2a)'.
4. Annex No 1 to Act No. 18 / 2004 Coll. is deleted.
5. Annex 3 to Act No. 18 / 2004 Coll. is deleted.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
