GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 December 2002
amending Government Regulation No 372 / 1992 Coll., laying down details of the performance of civil service, as amended by Government Regulation No 85 / 1993 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 14 (1) of Act No. 18 / 1992 Coll., on Civil Service, as amended by Act No. 135 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., the Constitutional Court found published under No. 151 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 223 / 1999 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 372 / 1992 Coll., laying down details of the performance of civil service, as amended by Government Decree No. 85 / 1993 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Article 1 shall be deleted;
2. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "the District Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office of the Municipality with extended scope, which pursuant to the Special Legislation (1) exercises competence in civil service matters (hereinafter referred to as "the competent authority'), 'and the word" territorial' is inserted after the word "referred '.
footnote 1 is replaced by the following:
"1) Paragraph 2 of Act No. 94 / 1990 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of National Committees in the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Act on the Law on Collection and Civil Service, as amended by Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll. '.
footnote (1) shall be renumbered footnote (1a), including the footnote reference.
3. In Article 2 (2), the words "County Office 'are replaced by the words" Competent Office'.
4. In the first sentence of Article 2 (3), the words "the district district of the county office 'shall be replaced by the words" the administrative district of the competent authority'; the words "the district office 'shall be replaced by the words" the regional military office';
5. In Article 2 (4), the words "the District Office 'are replaced by the words" the Competent Authority' and the words "their territorial districts' are replaced by the words" its administrative district '.
6. in Section 3, the words "the District Office 'are replaced by the words" the Competent Authority';
7. In Section 4, the words "County Office 'are replaced by the words" Competent Office'.
8. In Article 5 (1), the second sentence is deleted.
9. In Article 5 (2), the words "with the exception of public transport 'are deleted.
10. in Paragraph 5 (3), the words "as referred to in paragraph 1" shall be replaced by the words "refunds in cash and a supplement to refunds in money provided by a soldier in a basic service under a special legislation (4a)."
footnote 4a is replaced by the following:
"(4a) § 7 of Decree No. 272 / 1999 Coll., on the scope and manner of providing the natural essentials to soldiers in basic or replacement service and to soldiers in reserve called for military training."
11. in the second sentence of Article 6 (2), "up to seven" is replaced by "10."
12. in Article 6 (3), the words "and the Slovak Federal Republic" shall be replaced by the words "Republic."
13. in Article 7 (1), the words "the district district district district" shall be replaced by the words "the administrative district of the competent authority";
14. In the first sentence of Article 7 (2), the words "the district office 'shall be replaced by the words" the competent authority'; in the second sentence, the words "the district office 'shall be replaced by the words" the competent authority';
15. footnote 8 shall read:
"8) Paragraph 11 (4) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws."
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2003.
