repealing Decree No. 140 / 1983 of the Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy Coll., on the Management of Electricity produced by small hydroelectric power plants
The Federal Ministry of Economy provides, pursuant to Articles 14 (3) and 18 of Act No. 79 / 1957 Coll., on the Production, Distribution and Consumption of Electricity (Electricity Act):
The Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy Decree No. 140 / 1983 Coll., on electricity management produced in small hydropower plants is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
