DECLARATION
of 22 December 2025
amending Decree No. 2 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of professional criteria and other formalities for the provision of spa rehabilitation care, as amended
According to § 33 paragraph 12 of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 1 / 2015 Coll.:
Decree No. 2 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of professional criteria and other requirements for the provision of spa rehabilitation care, as amended by Decree No. 211 / 2022 Coll., Decree No. 392 / 2023 Coll. and Decree No. 201 / 2025 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In point 1.1 (l) of the Annex, the words "not applicable to indication group XXVI 'are inserted after the word" stool'.
2. In the Annex in Part II, in indication IV / 2, in the column "Spa point ', the words" Mariánska Spa' are added at the end.
3. In the Annex in Part II of indication IV / 3 in the column "Spa point ', the words" Mariánské Spa' are added at the end.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
