amending Act No 161 / 2020 Coll., on certain adjustments in the field of employment in connection with exceptional measures in the context of the 2020 epidemic and amending Act No 435 / 2004 Coll., on employment, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No 161 / 2020 Coll., on certain adjustments in the field of employment in relation to exceptional measures in the context of the 2020 epidemic and amending Act No 435 / 2004 Coll., on employment, as amended, is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the law, the words "in 2020 'are deleted.
2. In Article 1 (1), the words' 2020 'and' the introduction of which has led to an obstacle to work 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
