THE LAW
of 4 November 2004
amending certain laws in connection with the adoption and provision of the Law on Defence Obligations (Law on Defence)
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to Act No. 128 / 2002 Coll., amending Act No. 218 / 1999 Coll., on the scope of the military obligation and on Military Administrative Offices (Defence Act), as amended by Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 220 / 1999 Coll., on the course of the essential or substitute service and military exercises and on certain legal conditions of soldiers in reserve, and Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended
In Act No. 128 / 2002 Coll., amending Act No. 218 / 1999 Coll., on the scope of the military obligation and on the Military Administration Offices (Defence Act), as amended by Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 220 / 1999 Coll., on the course of the essential or substitute service and military exercises and on certain legal conditions of the soldiers in reserve, and Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended, Part One is deleted.
Amendment of Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment and repeal of certain laws in connection with the termination of the activities of the district authorities
In Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., amending and repealing certain laws in connection with the termination of the activities of the District Authorities, as amended by Act No. 426 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 518 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 354 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 356 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 22 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 41 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 99 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 237 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 326 / 2004 Coll., and Act No. 436 / 2004 Coll., Part of the Eighth Eighth Act is deleted.
Amendment to Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps
Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 436 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 13 (1), point (f), including footnote 10, shall be deleted;
Points (g), (h), (i) and (j) shall be renumbered as points (f), (g), (h) and (i).
2. In Article 13 (3), "(i) and (j) 'is replaced by" (h) and (i)';
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 2005.
