DECLARATION
of 22 December 2025
amending Decree No. 277 / 2015 Coll., on the procedure for determining the amount of compensation for pain and for the difficult social application of members of the Security Corps, as amended
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the intelligence services and the General Inspection of the Security Corps, the Ministry of Interior provides, pursuant to Section 104 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps:
Decree No. 277 / 2015 Coll., on the procedure for determining the amount of compensation for pain and for making it difficult for the social application of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Decree No. 225 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 143 / 2023 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 2, in the table after row 3.1.3, the following row is inserted: "3.1.4d) Acute and subacute silico600-1000 '.
2. In Annex 2, row 3.2.8, in the second column of the table, the word "or 'is replaced by a comma.
3. In Annex 2, row 3.2.8, in the second column of the table, the words ", stomach cancer, colon cancer, or rectal cancer shall be inserted after the word" ovaries'.
4. In Annex No 2, in row 5.1, in the second column of the table, the words "including the disease caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 'are added at the end.
5. In row 5.3 of Annex 2, in the second column of the table, the word "abroad 'is replaced by" abroad, including the disease caused by the coronary artery SARS-CoV-2'.
6. In Annex No 4, in row 2.11, in the second column of the table, the words "during the last 3 years' are deleted.
7. In Annex 4, the following row is inserted in the table after row 3.1.7: "3.1.8 Acute silicosis and subacutní6000 '.
8. In Annex 4, in row 189, in column 2 of the table, the word "or 'is replaced by" cancer'.
9. In row 3.2 of Annex 4, in the second column of the table in point (d), the words ", stomach cancer, colon cancer or rectal cancer, always' are inserted after the word" ovaries'.
10. In Annex 4, in row 197 of the second column of the table, the word "cancer 'is inserted after the word" lung'.
11. In the second column of Annex 4 to the second column of the table, "or 'is replaced by" cancer'.
12. In Annex 4, in the 197th column of the table, the words "stomach cancer, colon cancer or rectal cancer, always' are inserted after the word" ovaries'.
13. In Annex 4, in row 270. of the second column of the table, the words "including the disease caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 'are added at the end.
14. In Annex 4, in row 282 of the second column of the table, the words "including the disease caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 'are added at the end.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
