DECLARATION
of 22 December 2025
amending Decree No. 226 / 2019 Coll., on medical fitness
for duty in the Security Corps
The Ministry of Interior, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Security Information Service, the Office for Foreign Relations and Information, the General Inspection of the Security Corps and the Ministry of Health provide, pursuant to Sections 15 (6) and 79 (6) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 247 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No. 226 / 2019 Coll., on medical fitness for service in the Security Corps, as amended by Decree No. 181 / 2021 Coll., Decree No. 310 / 2023 Coll. and Decree No. 326 / 2024 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, in the table as described in column III, entry 2.1.1 for the rank of Chief Inspector in the 15th row of the second column of the table, the text "5, 6 'shall be added at the end.
2. In Annex No. 1, Section II, Part Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, in the table as described in column III, item 2.1.1 for the rank of Commissioner in the 16th row of the second column of the table, the text ", 3 'is added at the end.
3. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, in the table as described in column III, entry 2.1.1 for the rank of Chief Commissioner in the 17th row of the second column of the table, the text "3, 4 'is added at the end.
4. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.1.3, in the table after row 26, the following row is inserted: "Commissioner point 2 '.
5. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.1.4, in the table after line 33, the following row is inserted: "Commissioner point 1 '.
6. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.1.5., in the table after the 36th line with the activity designation, the following row is inserted: "Commissioner point 1 '.
7. In Annex No 1, Section II, part of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, column III, the following row is inserted after entry 2.1.5. in the table after the 39th row: "2.1.6. Research and development activities'.
8. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.1.6, in the table after the 40th line marked with the activity, the following row is inserted: "Chief Commissioner, point 1 '.
9. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.1.6, in the table after row 41, the following row is inserted: "Radaprone 1 '.
10. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.1.6, the following row is added in the table: "Top radar 1 '.
11. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 1.3 after the third line of the top referendum, insert the following line: "assistant point 4."
12. In Annex No. 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table according to column III, item 1.3, for the rank of inspector in the 5th row, second column of the table, the text ", 9 'is added at the end.
13. In Annex No. 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table according to column III, entry 1.3 for the rank of Chief Inspector in the 6th row of the second column of the table, the text ", 21 'is added at the end.
14. In Annex No. 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table according to column III, item 1.3 of the rank of Commissioner in the 7th row, second column of the table, the text ", 15 'is added at the end.
15. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.3.1, in the table after the 14th line with the activity designation, the following row is inserted: "Inspection point 1, 2, 3, 4, 5."
16. In Annex No. 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.3.1. for the rank of Chief Inspector in the 16th row of the second column of the table, the text "9, 10, 11" shall be added at the end.
17. In Annex No. 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table as described in column III, item 2.3.1 for the rank of Commissioner in the 17th row, second column of the table, the text "6, 7, 8, 9" is added at the end.
18. In Annex No. 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table according to column III, entry 2.3.1 for the rank of Chief Commissioner in the 18th row of the second column of the table, the text "7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14" shall be added at the end.

20. In Annex No. 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.3.3, in the table after the 32nd line, the chief inspector is inserted as follows: "Commissioner, point 1, 2, 3 '.
21. In Annex 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.3.3, the following row is inserted after line 33: "Chief Commissioner, point 1."
22. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.3.4, in the table after the 35th line marked with activity, the following row is inserted: "Inspectorpoint 1 '.
23. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part of the Police of the Czech Republic, in the table in column III, entry 2.3.6., in the table after the 40th line with the activity designation, the following row is inserted: "Inspectorpoint 1 '.
24. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part of the General Inspection of Security Councils, in the table in column I., in row 2, in column 1 of the table, the words "1. Specific activities in the Security Councils' are deleted.
25. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part of the General Inspection of Security Councils, in the table set out in column I., in row 3 of the first column of the table, the words "1.5. General inspections of the Security Corps' shall be deleted.
26. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part of the General Inspection of Security Councils, in the table in column I., in row 4, in column 1 of the table, the word "Commissioner 'is deleted.
27. In Annex No 1, Section II, Part of the General Inspection of Security Councils, in the table in column I., in column 4, column 2, of the table, the words "point 5 'are deleted.

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
