amending Act No. 543 / 2005 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2006, as amended by Act No. 170 / 2006 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 543 / 2005 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2006, as amended by Act No. 170 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the second sentence of Paragraph 1 (1), "963 791 799 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 973 101 765 000 CZK'.
2. In the third sentence of Paragraph 1 (1), "74 400 000 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 83 709 966 000 CZK'.
3. In Paragraph 1 (1) (c), the words "an increase of CZK 14 820 000 'are replaced by the words" a reduction of CZK 9 295 146 000'.
4. In Annex 1, "963 791 799 'is replaced by" 973 101 765', "-74 400 000 'is replaced by" -83 709 966' and "-14 820 'is replaced by" 9 295 146'.
5. In Annex 3, "15 432 200 'is replaced by" 24 742 166' and "963 791 799 'is replaced by" 973 101 765'.
6. In Chapter 397 of Annex 4, "15 432 200 'is replaced by" 24 742 166', "14 820 'is replaced by" 9 295 146' and "0 'on the second line is replaced by" 9 309 966'.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
