DECLARATION
of 22 December 2025
amending Decree No 152 / 2018 Coll., on the extension of the fields of training of doctors and dentists, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to § 37 (1) (g) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No 152 / 2018 Coll., on superstructures of training of doctors and dentists, as amended by Decree No 378 / 2021 Coll., Decree No 79 / 2024 Coll. and Decree No 148 / 2025 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Annex 2, Part I. DOCTORS, row 41 reads: "41. Injury surgical surgery and trauma to the musculoskeletal system."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
