Notification by the Federal Ministry of Finance of the issue of the proceeds of the rules on the operation of gas installations

pursuant to the provisions of § 5 (3) of Act No. 67 / 1960 Coll., on the production, distribution and use of heating gases (Gas Act), in agreement with the authorities involved, the Decree of 22 November 1990 No 93 071 / 90 issuing rules for the operation of gas installations.
The proceeds are for the operation of natural gas installations in natural gas undertakings and organisations other than natural gas undertakings which establish and operate natural gas plants.
This decree repeals the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy of 28 October 1988 No 6 / 1988, which issued the rules for the operation of gas installations and which was registered in the amount of 1 / 1989 Coll.
The proceeds take effect on 1 January 1991 and can be seen at the Federal Ministry of Economy, in state enterprises České gas companies, Prague and Slovak gas priemysel, Bratislava and in all organisational units of both state enterprises.
