pursuant to Article 59 (1) (a) of Act No. 194 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal central government bodies, as amended by Act No. 297 / 1990 Coll. the Decree of 19 December 1990 No IX / 2- 20 370 / 1990, which is repealed by:
1. Guidelines on the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 123 / 1978 of the Federal Ministry of Finance Coll., on the conduct of periodic revisions of the management, of 29 January 1982 No X / 1 - 18 632 / 1981 (reg. 12 / 1982 Coll.);
2. Directive on methods of work for periodic revisions of management and the implementation of their results of 17 May 1982 No X / 1 - 4 326 / 1982 (reg. 3 / 1983 Coll.).
This revenue shall take effect on 1 January 1991.
The proceeds will be published in the Financial Rapporteur. The proceeds can be consulted by the Federal Treasury.
