GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 December 2002
amending Government Regulation No 459 / 2001 Coll., on the visa waiver for holders of diplomatic, official and travel passports of the United States of America
The Government orders pursuant to § 181 (a) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 140 / 2001 Coll.:
In Article 2 of Decree No. 459 / 2001 Coll., on the visa waiver for holders of diplomatic, official and travel passports of the United States of America, paragraph 2 is deleted and the designation of paragraph 1 is deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 December 2002.
