DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic
of 25 November 1992
amending and supplementing the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 580 / 1990 Coll., implementing Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices
The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic provides pursuant to § 2 paragraph 2 (b) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 580 / 1990 Coll., implementing Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, is amended and supplemented by the following:
1. Paragraph 4 (1), including footnote 1, reads as follows:
"(1) For the purposes of price regulations, the final consumer is a natural or legal person who purchases goods for purposes other than business. 1)
1) § 2 of Act No. 513 / 1991 Coll., Commercial Code. '
2. In Paragraph 4, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1:
"(2) The price records to be kept by the seller shall contain information showing the name and / or type of goods to which the price relates, the price at which the goods are sold and the period during which they were sold."
Paragraph 2 shall become paragraph 3.
3. Note 1) to § 5 (2) shall be renumbered note 1a) and its text "§ 231" shall be replaced by "§ 636."
4. In Article 5, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) The designation of consumer goods at the price of the sale to the final consumer shall mean the fitting of the goods by indicating the price affixed visibly to the goods or in a way which excludes any substitution on the shelf, display, display or publicly available price list, so that the buyer has the opportunity to familiarise himself with the price prior to the purchase of the goods. ';
5. In the second sentence of Paragraph 7 (2), "At the same time 'is replaced by" In addition'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1993.
