GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 February 2015
determining the categories of municipalities in the service and the coefficients for calculating the service allowance
The Government mandates pursuant to § 61a (5) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Category of municipal service
The following categories of municipalities shall be defined for the calculation of the service allowance:
a) Category I - Prague capital, and
(b) Category II - other municipalities.
Allowances for calculating service allowances
The following coefficients shall be fixed for the calculation of the service allowance:
(a) 2,33 for Category I municipality; and
(b) 2,00 for category II municipality.
Repeal
Government Decree No 292 / 2014 Coll., on determining the categories of municipalities serving professional soldiers and coefficients for calculating the housing allowance, is repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2015.
