amending Act No 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Education Act
Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 383 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 112 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 158 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 161 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 165 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 179 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 61, at the end of paragraph 2, the sentence "Pupils who have successfully completed a lower grade of six or eight years of Gymnasium shall proceed to the first year of the higher grade of Gymnasium."
2. In Paragraph 61, paragraphs 3 and 4 are deleted.
Paragraph 5 shall become paragraph 3.
3. In Paragraph 61 (3), the words "and higher 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
