Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

In Annex No 2 LIABILITIES LIABILITIES TO Group 214: "Other 'for the business" Purchase, storage and sale of medical devices, *) which can be sold to medical devices vendors'.
the text in column 1 shall read:
"Purchase, storage and sale of medical devices *)
(a) Class IIb and III * *), except for condoms,
(b) Classes I and IIa * *),
which can be sold to medical devices vendors';
the text in column 2 shall read:
"for the activity (a) higher education, or higher vocational education, or full secondary education, or full secondary vocational education, or secondary vocational education * * *), or 2 years of experience in the sale of medical devices,"
the text in column 3 is replaced by the following:
"*) Sections 18 and 19 of Act No. 123 / 2000 Coll., on Medical Devices and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 130 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 58 / 2005 Coll.,

in the context of this trade, condoms may also be bought, stored and sold if the activity is not carried out on the basis of another trade license. ';
Transitional provisions
1. The current business licence "Purchase, storage and sale of medical devices, *) which can be sold to medical devices sellers," which lasted on the date of application of this Act, is maintained unless otherwise specified.
2. The Trade Office shall issue to an entrepreneur who, at the date of application of this Act, is in possession of a trade licence for a tied business "Purchase, storage and sale of medical devices, *) which may be sold to medical devices sellers," a licence for a trade licence under the new legislation in full or in part at the request of the entrepreneur or on the basis of a notification of a change notified under § 49 of the Trade Code. The issue of a licence relating to the change of trade name shall not be subject to an administrative fee.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
