State Commission on Scientific, Technical and Investment Development, State Planning Commission, State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and Federal Statistical Office

repealing certain investment development legislation
The State Commission on Scientific, Technical and Investment Development pursuant to § 29 (b) of Act No. 194 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal central government bodies, as amended, and pursuant to § 143 (1) (l) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), State Planning Commission under § 31 (7) of Act No. 67 / 1989 Coll., on National Economic Planning, State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic under § 394 (1) (b) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as amended by Act No. 80 / 1989 Coll., and the Federal Statistical Office under § 35 (2) of Law No. 21 / 1971 Coll., on the Single System of Social Economic Information, as amended by Act No. 128 / 1989 Coll., provides:
They shall be deleted:
1. Paragraph 11 of the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development No. 88 / 1976 Coll., on the Authorisation for Project Activities;
2. Decree of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development, the State Planning Commission and the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 157 / 1976 Coll., on Construction Systems;
3. Decree of the State Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development and the Federal Statistical Office No. 145 / 1983 Coll., on authorising the launch of construction works, confirming the date of their completion and the registration of buildings, as amended by Decree No. 91 / 1986 Coll. and Decree No. 226 / 1988 Coll.;
4. Decree of the State Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development and the Federal Statistical Office No. 91 / 1986 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree No. 145 / 1983 Coll., authorising the commencement of construction, confirming the date of completion and the registration of buildings;
5. Decree of the State Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development and the Federal Statistical Office No. 226 / 1988 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree No. 145 / 1983 Coll., authorising the commencement of buildings, confirming the date of their completion and registration of buildings, as amended by Decree No. 91 / 1986 Coll.;
6. Decree of the State Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development No. 57 / 1986 Coll., on the Construction of Automated Management Systems;
7. The proceeds of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development No 16 / 1981 (reg. No. 3 / 1983 Coll.) on the issue of the building time limits, as amended by the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development No. 12 / 1982 (reg. No. 3 / 1983 Coll.) and the Decree of the State Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development No. 4 / 1987 (reg. No. 1 / 1988 Coll.);
8. The proceeds of the Federal Ministry for Technical and Investment Development No 12 / 1982 (reg. amount 3 / 1983 Coll.) amending and supplementing the yield of the Federal Ministry for Technical and Investment Development No 16 / 1981, on the issue of limited construction deadlines;
9. Proceeds of the State Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development No 4 / 1987 (reg. 1 / 1988 Coll.) amending and supplementing the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development No 16 / 1981 on the issue of construction limits, as amended by Decree No 12 / 1982.
1. Unless otherwise agreed by the construction participants, the construction works, the arrangements for which have been processed and discussed, shall proceed in accordance with the procedure laid down in Decree No. 157 / 1976 Coll., on construction schemes, under the arrangements thus worked and discussed, but no later than 31 December 1990.
2. The records of the evaluated buildings, the final evaluation of which will be completed and, where applicable, carried out in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Special Code, 1) shall be carried out in accordance with the existing Regulation [Paragraph 11 (1) (c) of Decree No. 145 / 1983 Coll., on the authorisation of the opening of buildings, confirmation of the date of their completion and registration of buildings, as amended] .2)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1990.
