THE LAW
of 20 June 1984
amending the law on foster care
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 50 / 1973 Coll., on foster care, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraphs 5 and 6 are deleted.
2.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic may, in accordance with a long-term social care programme for children not otherwise adequately cared for, increase the amount of the allowance for the child and the remuneration of a foster child under this law. "
3. In Paragraph 22 (2), the following words are deleted: "and his own income '.
This Act shall take effect on 1 September 1984.
