DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Transport
of 6 May 1980
providing for further exemptions of road transport for hire or reward from authorisation
The Federal Ministry of Transport provides, in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 57 (1) for the implementation of § 26 (1) (n) of Act No. 68 / 1979 Coll., on Road Transport and National Shipbuilding:
Road freight transport for hire or reward may be carried out without authorisation if it is for transport
(a) carried out by a concentrated fleet for organisations which have concentrated the means of transport in it, 1)
(b) an intermediate organisation which, under the responsibility of the Regional National Committee, organises the use of temporary spare capacity for racing in the designated territory;
(c) carried out for the organisation referred to in point (b) under a contract for the use of temporary spare capacity for racing.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1980.
