on the calling of alternate members of the Slovak National Council *)
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Paragraph 10 of Act No. 168 / 1948 Coll., on the addition of the Slovak National Council according to the result of the elections to the National Assembly, is amended and read:
(1) If the mandate is vacant, an alternate from the list drawn up by the Central Action Committee of the Slovak National Front shall be called as Members of the Slovak National Council. The alternate is called by an internal delegate on a proposal from the Central Action Committee of the Slovak National Front.
(2) Only persons elected to the National Assembly may be included in the Charter.
(3) The Charter must include the name, surname, employment and residence of all alternates. The instrument shall be accompanied by a signed declaration, signed by all the alternates, that it agrees to its inclusion and that it is optional (paragraph 2).
(4) The replacement shall be published in the Official Journal. '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for the Interior.
