about universities.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 33.
(1) The Bohoslovka Faculty of Charles University in Prague is excluded from the union of this university.
(2) Cyrilo-Methodian Faculty of the Palacký University in Olomouc is excluded from the union of this university.
§ 34.
(1) The Chief Administration and Supervision of the Bohemian faculties referred to in § 33, as well as of the Gospelic Faculty of Religion in Prague, the Catholic Faculty of Religion in Bratislava and the Slovak Evangelical Religion Faculty in Bratislava, are carried out by the Minister responsible for the administration of the State Office for Church Affairs.
(2) The organisation of the faculties referred to in paragraph 1 and in Paragraph 33, their establishment, cancellation, merger and division, determination or modification of their seats and names shall be carried out by the Government by a regulation.
(3) The study and examination regulations for these faculties are issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in agreement with the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts.
(4) In others, this law does not apply to the Bohemian Faculty.
