Government Regulation
of 25 March 1948
amending the provisions on the official labelling of gas meters.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby mandates, pursuant to the Law of 23 July 1871, No 16 of 1872, which established a new Order on Peace and Weights, and pursuant to Article V / 1907, on Peace, their Use and Supervision:
Paragraph 14 (4) of the Second Decree of 7 July 1933, No 130 Coll., on the official labelling of gas meters, is amended as follows:
"In the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries, the gas meters must be revalued before 1 January 1934 at the latest by the end of 1953."
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Industry.
