of 23 March 1946
determining the amount of production, storage and handling expenses for grape drinks and the figure of the monopoly duty on alcohol.
According to § 60 (a) and § 100 (3) of the Act of 19 February 1946, No 30 Coll., on the reregulation of Czechoslovak law in the field of indirect taxes and state financial monopolies, I declare to Slovakia in agreement with the Finance Officer:
The maximum permissible aggregate production, storage and handling waste for grape drinks is 12% of the must produced (§ 60, point (a) of Act No. 30 / 1946 Coll.).
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 1946.
