GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 December 2020
amending Government Regulation No 215 / 2020 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on Insurance and Financing of Exports with State Aid, as amended by Government Regulation No 308 / 2020 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to Sections 1 (5) and 4 (5) and 4 (7) of Act No. 58 / 1995 Coll., on Insurance and Financing of Exports with State Aid and on supplementing Act No. 166 / 1993 Coll., on the Supreme Audit Office, as amended, as amended, as amended by Act No. 214 / 2020 Coll.:
1. At the end of footnote 2, the sentences are added to the separate rows

Commission Communication C (2020) 7127 Fourth amendment of the temporary framework for State aid measures to support the economy in the current spread of Coronavirus disease COVID-19 and amendment of the Annex to the Commission communication to the Member States on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to short-term export credit insurance. '
2. "31 December 2020 'is replaced by" 30 June 2021'.
3. In Paragraph 3 (1) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the word "sudden 'is deleted.
4. in Paragraph 3 (2) (a) (2), the word "sudden" shall be deleted;
5. In Article 3 (2) (c) (1) of the table, in the first row, the number "5 'is replaced by" 6' and in the second row, the text "2,5% 'is replaced by" 1,75%' and the text "3,5% 'is replaced by" 3,0%'.
6. in Paragraph 3 (2) (f) (1), "21" is replaced by "30."
7. Paragraph 4 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The period for which the loan and guarantee are granted may amount to a maximum of six years."
8. in Paragraph 5 (2), the table reads:

9. In the first sentence of Article 6 (1), "80 'is replaced by" 90' and in the second sentence, "70 'is replaced by" 80'.
10. in Article 7 (1), the words "income arising from the guarantees and income accruing from interest income" shall be replaced by "income accruing from the guarantees and interest income accruing from."
11. in the second sentence of Article 7 (5), the words "income from the guarantees issued, income from interest income" shall be replaced by "income from the guarantees issued, interest income from."
12. In Paragraph 8, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) Part of the insurance capacity of the Export Insurance Corporation for the year 2021 for the provision of guarantees is CZK 142 000 000 000."
Transitional provision
Legal relations and rights and obligations arising from them before the date of entry into force of this Regulation shall be governed by Government Regulation 215 / 2020 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
