GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 November 2004
amending Government Regulation No 243 / 2004 Coll., laying down certain details and conditions for granting the single area payment for agricultural land for 2004, and repealing certain government regulations governing support for exports of certain agricultural products
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 2c (6) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., and in order to implement Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund), as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 41 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 237 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll.:
Repeal of certain government regulations on export aid for certain agricultural products
The following shall be deleted:
1. Government Decree No. 486 / 2000 Coll., laying down the conditions and principles for implementing measures to promote exports of cow's milk products.
2. Government Decree No. 295 / 2002 Coll., amending Government Decree No. 486 / 2000 Coll., laying down the conditions and principles for the implementation of measures to promote exports of cow's milk products.
3. Government Decree No. 81 / 2001 Coll., laying down the conditions and principles for the promotion of exports of bovine animals and bovine animals produced therefrom.
4. Government Decree No. 90 / 2001 Coll., amending Government Decree No. 81 / 2001 Coll., laying down the conditions and principles for the promotion of exports of bulls and beef produced from them.
5. Government Decree No. 288 / 2001 Coll., amending Government Decree No. 81 / 2001 Coll., laying down the conditions and principles for the promotion of exports of bulls and beef produced from them, as amended by Government Decree No. 90 / 2001 Coll.
6. Government Decree No. 45 / 2002 Coll., laying down the conditions and principles for the promotion of exports of beef produced from cows for slaughter and heifers for slaughter.
7. Government Decree No. 440 / 2002 Coll., laying down the conditions and principles for granting the subsidy for exports of poultry meat produced from chickens for slaughter and turkeys for slaughter.
8. Government Regulation No 550 / 2002 Coll., laying down the conditions and principles for granting the subsidy for the export of piglets and pigs for slaughter and of pig meat produced therefrom.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
