DECLARATION
of 19 December 2025
amending Decree No. 397 / 2020 Coll., on education in the basic strains of doctors, as amended by Decree No. 386 / 2024 Coll.
According to § 37 (1) (n), (p) and (q) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No. 397 / 2020 Coll., on education in basic strains of doctors, as amended by Decree No. 386 / 2024 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex Nos 1 to 5 and 7 to 19 in Part III for Part I. (a) 2. Surgery (c) type of workplace, the word "urgent" is replaced by "acute."
2. In Annex No 5 and 7 in Part III for Part I. (a) 4. Surgery (c) type of workplace, "urgent" is replaced by "acute."
3. in Annex 6, Part III, for Part I (a) 2, I. b) 2, I. c) 2. Surgery (c) type of workplace, "urgent" is replaced by "acute."
4. in Annex No 2, 3, 7, 9, 12 to 19 in Part I, the words "and the guarantor of the field" shall be deleted;
5. In Annex No 4, 5, 10 in Part I, the words "and the guarantor of the field 'are deleted.
6. In Annex 5, Part I, the scope and content of the study obligations, which must be completed before the examination after completion of the basic surgical stem education, including the title:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
