ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 21 December 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of § 5 (c) to (e) and § 6 (b).
Government
I. orders with effect from 22 December 2020 from 00: 00 to all social service providers providing social services pursuant to § 49 and 50 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, (home for seniors, home with special regime) that the following conditions be met in the event of a departure of users outside the premises or premises of the establishment in which the social service is provided for the duration of the emergency condition:
1. the walk will be allowed on condition that the user is placed in separate premises immediately upon return and within 72 hours of the end of the walk the first antigenic POC test will be carried out which will be repeated for another 3 to 4 days; placing in separate spaces will be terminated in the event of negative results of both tests;
2. the user of social services uses a respirator of at least FFP2 or KN95 class during the walk;
II. Repeal, as from 22 December 2020, the Government Resolution of 14 December 2020 No 1325, issued under No 532 / 2020 Coll., amending the Crisis Measure.
