GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 October 2004
amending Government Regulation No 515 / 2004 Coll., on material aid for the creation of new jobs and material support for retraining or training of employees under investment incentives
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (12) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment:
Government Regulation No 515 / 2004 Coll., on material aid for the creation of new jobs and material support for retraining or training of employees under investment incentives, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1) (a), the words "or a job seeker who has been kept in the register of jobseekers for more than 6 months" shall be inserted after the word "handicap";
2. in Article 1 (1) (b):
"(b) 100 000 CZK per new job set up in a territorial area with an unemployment rate of at least 25% higher than the average unemployment rate in the Czech Republic and an additional 25 000 CZK, if employed for more than 1 year by a disabled person or a jobseeker who has been kept in the employment register for more than 3 months."
The material aid under Government Regulation No 515 / 2004 Coll., as effective after the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall apply to investment projects submitted after the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
