DECLARATION
of 14 December 2006
fixing the average price of fuel to be used for determining the amount of the refund
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 paragraph 1 (c) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
The average price per litre of fuel according to § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
a) CZK 27.80 for automotive petrol 91 O Special,
b) CZK 27,90 for automotive petrol 91 O Normal,
c) CZK 28.10 for automotive gasoline 95 O Super,
(d) CZK 31.10 for car gasoline 98 O Super plus,
e) CZK 28.10 for diesel.
Decree No. 496 / 2005 Coll., which, for the purposes of providing travel refunds, sets the rate of diet, the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and the level of average fuel prices, is repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
