DECLARATION

of 8 December 2006

amending Decree No 505 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No 563 / 1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended, for entities that are local authorities, contributory organisations, state funds and state organisational units, as amended

The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Section 37b of Act No. 563 / 1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended by Act No. 437 / 2003 Coll., for the implementation of Sections 4 (8), 24 (4) and (5) and 28 (1) of this Act:

Čl. I

In Section 2 of Decree No. 505 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 563 / 1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended, for entities that are local authorities, contributory organisations, state funds and organizational bodies of the State, as amended, the words "regional councils of cohesion (1a) shall be inserted after the words" voluntary communal volumes. "

footnote 1a is replaced by the following:

"(1a) Sections 15 to 16c of Act No. 248 / 2000 Coll., on Support for Regional Development, as amended."

Čl. II

Transitional provisions

The Regional Councils of the Cohesion Regions shall draw up the first sound accounts on 31 December 2006.

Čl. III

Efficacy

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
