THE LAW
of 30 November 2006
amending Act No. 90 / 1995 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 90 / 1995 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies, as amended by Act No. 47 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 39 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 78 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 192 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 282 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2005 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 77 (2), the second sentence is replaced by the following: "At least ten Members are required to establish the club in accordance with the first sentence. Paragraph 78 (2) and (3) shall not apply to the club thus established. If, during the parliamentary term, the number of members of the club falls below that threshold, the club shall be cancelled. Members who were members of the repealed club may become members of another club or remain without membership of the parliamentary club. '
2. Paragraph 77 (5) reads:
"(5) Members elected to the House as a self-nominating political party shall be entitled to establish a parliamentary club at the beginning of the new term. At least three Members shall be required to establish the club in accordance with the first sentence. '
3. In Paragraph 77, the following paragraph 6 is inserted after paragraph 5:
"(6) A record shall be drawn up of the establishment of the parliamentary club, signed by all the constituent members of the club. '
Paragraphs 6 and 7 shall be renumbered paragraphs 7 and 8.
4. Paragraph 111 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) For oral interpolation, a period from 14.30 a.m. to 18.00 p.m. shall be set aside on a specified day of the sitting on Thursday (Paragraph 54 (4)), for oral interpolation to be made available to the Prime Minister, with a period from 14.30 p.m. to 16.00 p.m. From 4 p.m. or, if the interpolation of the Prime Minister is terminated earlier, from the time they are terminated, the oral interpolations addressed to the other members of the Government will follow. The last interpolation may be submitted no later than 17.55 hours. '
5. In Paragraph 112 (4), the third sentence shall be replaced by the sentence "The President of the House shall send it to all Members and shall place it on the agenda of the next meeting of the House on the scheduled meeting of the sitting on Thursday from 9.00 to 11.00."
Transitional provision
The amount to be reported in column 060 of this row: Original deduction according to Article 36 (1) (b) of CRR Point 2 shall apply for the first time to the establishment of parliamentary clubs pursuant to Paragraph 77 (1) for Members elected in the elections to the Chamber of Deputies on 2 and 3 June 2006. After this law has become effective, a parliamentary club may also be established, which could not be established according to previous rules.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
