DECLARATION
of 16 December 2020
amending Decree No 310 / 2018 Coll., on Regional Standards
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 161c (2) (b) and § 170 (f) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 101 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No. 310 / 2018 Coll., on Regional Standards, is amended as follows:
1. in § 1 (e) (4):
"4. Dinner and at least 1 additional meal are provided,"
2. In Paragraph 4, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) The regional standards laid down for the units of performance referred to in § 1 (k) (1) and (2) may be adjusted to take account of the number of family groups in the children's home or in the children's home with the school. '
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall be renumbered paragraphs 4 and 5.
3. In Article 7 (1), "and 3 'is replaced by" to 4';
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
